 February 2025 Mint Hill, NC Housing Market Report:Prices, Sales, Inventory Trends In February 2025, Mint Hill's real estate market remained relatively stable in terms of median and average home sale prices. However, the average sale price saw a year-over-year decline, likely due to the mix of homes sold rather than a drop in home values.  The number of properties sold increased by 50% compared with the previous month, but fell by approximately 18.2% year-over-year. Days on market rose by two days from the previous month and were 30 days higher than in February 2024.  New listings increased for the second consecutive month, rising to 35 from 26 in the prior month, although they remained 18.6% lower than one year ago.
