Crismark In Greater Charlotte's Indian Trail, NCReal Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 3 - 2023 Crismark home sales in Quarter 3-2023 saw the average sale price remain flat year-over-year. Quarter-over-quarter, average home prices increased significantly and were at their highest level compared with the first two quarters of 2023. Median home sale price declined compared with the same quarter one year ago, but increased quarter-over-quarter.
