Home Staging got this Millard Home Sold On 4/3/08 the property I had listed at 16106 Edna St. in Millard Park sold. I sold the home in 45 days; this was after the seller had it listed with three previous agents for a total of two and a half years. Comprehensive marketing and outstanding service are what made the difference. Home staging is just one of the services that I provided that contributed to the sale. It used to be that Realtors were the gatekeepers to information on homes that were for sale. Each agent carried a binder with the current listings in it. If a buyer wanted information on a house they had to go through an agent. Fast forward to the 21st century. Now everything is available through the Internet. Buyer's have access to all of the same information that agents once held dear. Agent's access to information is no longer of value. Today agents must be knowledgeable. Being knowledgeable is much more than just having information. It is having information, knowing how it relates to other information, and being able to put it to use. The Omaha building code has been updated to specify that gas lines coming into a house need to be grounded. As a result this is showing up on home inspections. I have had two inspections this last week and on both houses it was noted that the gas line needs grounding. Luckily this is an inexpensive item to take care of.
