First I'd like start with I do not smoke, I do not gamble often, and I do not get Keno, however I do have my vises. With that said I'd like someone to help explain to me the reasoning behind Omaha's and now most likly Ralston's reasoning behind the need to exempt Keno bars from their smoking ban?I read a couple days ago that a Ralston City Councilman introduced an ordinance at the Oct. 16th City Council meeting in an effort to implement a city smoking ban in Ralston with the exemption of Keno bars. The ban was introduced, in part, in an effort to implement the ban before a state wide ban can be passed by the State Legislature (it is expect that Nebraska will pass a ban in 2008).
