Santa ArrivesThe first Sunday after Thanksgiving always takes me back to my hometown of Dover, NH for the annual Holiday Parade. It was a crisp but sunny afternoon as all gathered to watch the festivities begin. It's a traditional parade with horses and bands and happy kids and girl scouts and boy scouts and fancy cars. Santa always checks out Dover first before visiting the rest of the towns in the area. Hope you enjoy the pictures. Dover Fire Department Candy Delivery Good News! Seacoast Peace Response One Big Horse! Dover Rotary Club saluting the World Series Winning Red Sox!  Is Santa caught in the chimney? Wells Fargo was there!Seasons Greetings to Everyone!!!

The Home Shows are coming - YAY!!  And that means SPRING has arrived here in New Hampshire!!!  We are fortunate here where we live in Portsmouth New Hampshire because our location is perfect to get to just about anywhere - Boston, Portland Maine, Manchester, etc.  And that means we can easily get to any of the great Home Shows that take place around New Hampshire and Maine!  Love it!!We were able to make it to one of the Spring Home Shows this weekend.  This one was in Dover New Hampshire, about 15 minutes north of us, and it was held in the Dover Arena.  This year's show was the 25th Portsmouth/Dover/Rochester Home Show.We stopped and talked to a number of the vendors, and we always get some great ideas to bring back home.  This time around, we spoke at length to The Step Guys - they ...

Hello all.  Just a quick little update.  I have made a move to a new office today.  I am now a member of the Century 21 Central Falls Realty team, located in Dover NH.I am now located at 242 Central Ave., Dover NH, 03820.  A location much closer to my home.  This move was a big one for me.  It was one which I had contemplated over for a long period of time.  I finally came to the resolve a little while back that this would be the best decision for my career and for my family.I am licenced in both NH and Maine.  I will still be able to help both buyers and sellers and feel with my change of offices that it will better help service my clients.I hope to see you all soon.  And remember, If you are ever in need of a Realtor in New Hampshire or Maine, give me a call!My contact info. is listed...

The recent rain has raised the water level in several communities significantly.  Several communities have a fair amount of roads closed and many homes are still flooded.  Below is a phot taken of the Salmon falls river.  This is where the employees park for the mill downtown.
