Currently there are 39 active residential listings on the market with an average price of $ 338,121 with 100 days on the market. There are 8 pending sales with an average list price of $ 296,666 and 196 days on the market. There were actually 42 homes that Sold with an average list price of $358,212 and an average selling price of$ 343,180 with 140 days on the market.
