Homes vs Condos Sold 2014 Portsmouth real estate shoppers have seen the market and inventory of Portsmouth homes and condos ebb and flow like the tide.   The data points toward a very lively condo market and not so much on the single family homes market.  Looking at demand as we measure it by the mean days on market of sold listings, buyers are hungry for both.  When a property is priced right and demand is good, those properties sell quickly.  The rate of new listings to the market has been fairly steady for homes.  We have seen condo listings grow 50% over the last two years.  Much of that growth is due to new construction and subdivisions on exiting structures.  There are several new projects taking lift in town and the inventory of condos will continue to grow all be it some of thos...
