It really is a "Wonderful Life" in Pottersville NJ Although the sign reads "You Are Now in Bedford Falls", the town is actually  Pottersville, a charming village within the Township of Bedminster NJ. The sign in the picture is prominently displayed once a year in the center of the village crossroads every Christmas Day as a funny and ironic twist on Frank Capra's holiday film classic "It's A Wonderful Life" starring Jimmy Stewart. Several reports out last week indicated that the recovery in the real estate market is continuing, and that buyers continue to be motivated by today's high home affordability and the fact that owning a home is now less expensive than renting in many areas.
