Finding a condo or townhouse in Chatham NJ could be a challenging task, without reliable information.  But, no worries, this post will attempt to give you an overview - as seen from a Chatham resident and 15+ years of experience in real estate, home and condo sales in the Chatham area. First, there are two Chathams:  Chatham Boro and Chatham Twp.  The Boro is the "village" with the NJ Transit Midtown Direct Train Station.  The Township is the "half-moon" around the Boro and features larger homes and properties than the Boro.  It is closer to the Summit NJ Transit Midtown Direct train station, which has non-resident parking available for those in the Township that need it. May Home Sales in Chatham NJ 22 homes closed this past month of May in Chatham Boro and Chatham Twp combined, compared with 19 last year, same period.
