As Hurricane Earl moves north, it appears that the Jersey Shore will be spared. It's expected to be cloudy with some rain today, the full fury of the storm will more north further east out in the Atlantic. Weather forcasters say the sun will shine tomorrow, but it will be a bit windy. A rip current is a narrow, powerful current of water running perpendicular to the beach, out into the ocean.
