Updated information is critical if you're considering buying or selling a home in Lopatcong NJ!     During this 6 month period, March - August 2010, the List to Sale price ratio was 97%. For the 6 Lopatcong NJ homes for sale that closed in August, the average sale price was 99% of asking. Don't place too much weight on this - one listing was input to the MLS simply to record the sale.
