                                  A Pascack Valley New Year Open House Overflows with Buyers!This past Sunday I brought along a book to read, since all the newspapers were predicting a very slow start to the New Year Real Estate Market.  Instead, I found not a moment to sit down.  We were deuluged with 15 groups of buyers, each enthralled with the home, and excited to be out looking at homes.  Was I hallucinating, or was this irdeed January 2008?  The "R" word  not withstanding, the sense of excitement and upbeat attitude was very much in the air.  Having been in this business for the past 18 years, I can sense excitement.  This was a positive and productive Open House, reminscent of those in 2006 at the height of the market.  So, is this an aberration, or is there a turn in our Pascack... 01/10/2008
