 While giving each of my sellers a market update --- for sales in their particular town --- I researched the overall statistics for several popular towns in Northern Bergen County. I researched the NJMLS data base for actives,  under contract and SOLD for the past 6 months.  As we have read recently, The National Association of Realtors has stated that sales of previously owned homes rose 7.6 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.77 million. That was the best showing in five months and better than the 5.63 million units economists had expected. We can see from the numbers in Waldwick, NJ, that inventory is still maintaining.
