West Long Branch is home to one of the most stunning structures in the state of New Jersey. One such architectural wonder is Wilson Hall (aka Shadow Lawn) on the grounds of Monmouth University in West Long Branch. I was on campus the other day and I thought this magnificient place would make a great ActiveRain blog. So I could show my state off to other folks around the country.  I took these photos with my cellphone. If you're a movie buff it may look familiar. It was Daddy Warbuck's mansion in the 1982 movie, Annie. The original name of Wilson Hall is the Shadow Lawn mansion. Hubert T. Parson built Shadow Lawn in 1929 at a cost of $10.5 million dollars.
