That's why I'm excited to say I brought the buyer on a great Charter home in NE Albuquerque!I love it when my buyer clients are really smart home buyers. Sure, it's easy to be lured by fancy upgrades like stainless steel appliances and designer paint, but a smart home purchase focuses more on great neighborhoods near the Sandia Mountain Foothills and great home builders like Charter or Tiffany Homes Southwest.  Usually at this point I'd post a video of the home I just sold so you could see it, but most other real estate agents don't use YouTube like I do.
