There will be a meeting for residents of Albuquerque's City Council District 5 on March 23, 2010. "Please join City Councilor Dan Lewis, Mayor R.J. Berry and city staff at a meeting for the West Side, District 5. We will discuss current initiatives from the city regarding public safety and other west side priorities. There will also be updates from West Wide elected officials regarding the legislative Session 2010." The meeting will start at 7pm and we be held at the Don Newton Taylor Ranch Community Center. In the past these meetings have been very informative. Attending is a great way to stay in touch with what's happening on Albuquerque's west side. Please join other members of the Piedras Marcadas Neighborhood Association at this event!

Pending Sales Pending sales were flat, with 875 sales in pending status in 2009 versus 871 sales in 2008. I'm not sure how to interpret those numbers yet. More to come in next month's report. Active Listings There remains to be good news for sellers. There was a 14% decrease in new listings YTD. The decreased number in list...

Piedras Marcadas Neighborhood Association lies within the boudaries of council district 5. Michael Cadigan has been our city councilor for several years. Mr Cadigan has demonstrated his support of our association by attending association meetings and by being responsive to our neighborhood needs. The forum is a good opportunity to learn more about about candidates Dan Lewis and Jeremy Toulouse's position on issues facing Albuquerque's west side. The Don Newton Taylor Ranch Community Center is located at 4900 Kachina NW.  Directions: From Golf Course and Paseo de...
