Sundance Estates Homes For Sale  is a new subdivision in NW Quadrant of Albuquerque NM that continues to offer new homes for sale and is currently under construction.  Sundance Estates is located just off of the new Unser extension and between Paseo Del Norte to the North and Paradise Blvd to the South.
