Pulling strings for the seller. A call just might help them sell. At  a past inspection there is a new home. Built in 2011 and ready to be sold for the owner. The owner has to sell and move closer to the Veterans Administration hospital. The health of the buyer had taken a turn for the worse after the purchase of the new home just over a year ago. Desert Sun Home Inspections did the inspection and sent the report. There are issues with the way the install of the trunk line was done in the attic of the home. I asked who built the home and who did the Heating and cooling for the home. The seller did know so I asked the seller if I could call the Heating and cooling contractor to see if they would come out and finish the job they had already been paid for.
