OK, it ain't even 10 and I have "had" a day already and ready for 5 to roll around.  Ran across these MLS PUBLIC REMARKS while pulling some comps for BPOs early this AM.  I laughed my @$$ off.  I don't know that this is really funny but it is DEFINITELY odd. Maybe because I am not an "Oprah & Soap Watching While Making Dinner" kind of gal. So if you watch Oprah and Soaps while cooking dinner and were searching for a house, would you want to jump up and see this one TODAY? So this is a short sale.  I think if someone had a bottom line to care about or an investor was selling or this was REO, the remarks would be different.
