Active listings are up stagnant at the moment but LOW LOW LOW! 2012 will be another interesting year for Las Vegas Real Estate! Las Vegas Area Market Activity (Includes North Las Vegas, Henderson and Las Vegas) Listings (2/15/2013): 4179 Under Contract (2/15/2013): 12941 Sold January 2013: 2715 Short Sales: 16% of Listings 37% of Sales REO (Foreclosures, Bank Owned:) 13% of Listings 13% of Sales In One Month: Listings are DOWN -234 units, Contracted Listings UP +75 units, Sales are DOWN -772 units.
