With pet ownership at an all time high, the availability of high density housing for pet owners has not been keeping pace. Some developers are taking note and I'm glad to say that Vantage is one of them. Just a quick update. I got in contact with Sherry Latham about 17th and Vine, i.e. Stephanie Village. The project has just changed its name to Stephanie Village. All of the floor plans, amenities, etc have not changed. Since the name change, construction has stared in earnest. 17th and Vine, a mid rise condominium project in Henderson is no more.  The project has been dragging its feet for the last year, claiming it was going forward despite very little construction activity.   The project was adjacent to RJ Wiley on Stephanie. Originally the project was advertised all over the valley and was not cooperating with local realtors. As the condo market started to cool, the project owners decided to re-think their marketing strategy and solicited the Las Vegas realtor community to help with the project.
