Construction is underway on one of the downtown loft projects. The Juhl loft project will be located in downtown Las Vegas in the "art" district. The building foundation is in the process of completion. Construction crews have begun a series of concrete pours and the entire project is projected to be completed by spring of 2008. The Juhl is unique in that a consumer has a choice of roughly 100 floor plan variations to choose from.   Other loft projects under construction include the Newport Lofts and Soho lofts which are near completion.
