Mesquite Nevada has several 55 plus communities - Highland Fairways was the first 55 plus age restricted subdivision in Mesquite - a small gated golf course community on the north side of Mesquite.  Highland Fairways is a very well kept and quiet gated community with very well constructed homes.  The landscaping is mature with lots of green lawns, trees and flowering bushes - all maintained by the HOA.  This is a good place for a second home - if you are age qualified for the 55 plus age restriction, and a good place to look if you are thinking of buying a home for retirement.
