We though it would be interesting to track South Lake Tahoe, NV neighborhood condominium and townhome values over time with this visual. Luxury Home Demand on the NV side of South Lake Tahoe since 2003 (Lake Tahoe Real Estate Blog / January 4, 2011 / Richard Bolen) Here’s an update on all luxury home sales statistics on the Nevada side of South Lake Tahoe for the last 8 years. We’ll subsequently do a similar luxury home sales report for South Lake Tahoe, CA too, but we’ll focus on Nevada first because more luxury homes are sold here… and at higher price points… on the Nevada side of South Lake Tahoe. Defining what a luxury home is can be arbitrary; usually that is done by price point. We find it safe to say that many folks consider any home sold at $1 million or more to be a luxury home.
