Welcome To Woodcliff Park CottagesWoodcliff Cottages in Baiting Hollow Long Island is a unique land-lease community (also known as Baiting Hollow Cottages). These Suffolk County residences are mostly 1 and 2 bedroom cottages that are in use during April through October. In October, the water is turned off, so it's used seasonal. There is a yearly fee that is paid to the owner of the land.
