I just read a post by Paula McDonald and there was a lot of comments back and forth over whether to show the front of the house or something really interesting about the house. You can check the post at  IS THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE ALWAYS THE BEST PICTURE? It made me think about a listing I have in Belle Harbor.  Belle Harbor is a section of Queens with the unique ability to give you views of Lower Manhattan and a beautiful beach.  On the first look of the listing I have a picture of the house.  Now I'm wondering if I should change it up and show what the view from the front porch is.   I'm putting it out there to the experts and see what the general opinion is.  Here is a sunset view.  On the other side of the channel is lower Manhattan.
