Ride or Run The Bethpage Bike Trail with Feng Shui Long Island New York The Bethpage NY Bike and running trail starts back at the Bethpage State Park. The word is, this trial will expand all the way to Syosset NY in the year 2014 or 2015.  This is a huge project but very much worth and you will see why as you continue to read this post. This is one of the first view you encounter at you run, bike, roller blade or walk the Bethpage state path toward Jones Beach. continue on your way and you are greeted with yet another beautiful scene.  Honestly, if felt like you were up state and not on Long Island.
