After a hiatus of more than 40 years a group of friends and I are headed back to Baseball's Hall of Fame(HOF) on Feb.28,2013. Baseball has been a life long passion of mine, but I've put off going back to the HOF since my 8th grade summer . I'm sure I won't recognize the town . Driving there can always be tricky this time of year and adds to the epic adventure . My friends are coming from as far away as CA and TX, now those are real baseball fanatics ! We will spend most of March 1rst at the HOF and then all hustle to Langhorne, PA for our  27th annual Computerized Baseball Convention(the ABA, abawebsite.net). The National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown will offer the VIP Experience, a behind-the-scenes look at the shrine, on select dates from November through April. The Hall of Fame VIP Experience begins with exclusive after-hours access to the Hall on Thursday evenings and ends Friday afternoons with private receptions. Still trying to get the gist and hand of this thing called BLOG. Keep up and adapt or get out of the race. So here goes. My first year I consider a success. I sold over $1,000,000 in real estate ( which doesn't take much anymore), but it sounds good and is a morale booster. I sold 10 sides in 8 months and hated see the momentum slow at the end of the year. It seemed hard to get the ball rolling this year, but my goal of atleast on contract in January was fulfilled (thank GOD for listings!). My aim of two contracts in February is 1/2 fulfilled. My other goals are to sell 20 properties ( not just 20 sides), have atleast 20 lisings and take the vacation out West (Grand Canyon) I've been promising myself since I was last there at age 14.
