198 Ledgewood Dr, Greece, New York is under contract with a closing date for 1-15-2017.Sold as is and the only repair the Executor has to do is replace the Federal Pacific Panel box and upgrade the service.Luckily I have run across this box before and had forewarned the sellers. So in less than fifteen days we have a home for first time buyers to enjoy and sellers to get on with their life.

Today's spotlight is on the town of Greece! Greece is located to the Northwest of the city of Rochester, extending from Gates north to Lake Ontario. Greece is a thriving area where an abundance of shopping and restaurants is interspersed with quiet residential areas. There are currently 437 single family homes for sale in Greece, ranging in price from $36,000 for a (newly remodeled!) 1 bedroom home to $698,900 for a 4,392 square foot contemporary cape cod on over an acre. The house needed painting, and Paul decided on a beautiful shade of burgundy. It was a similar shade to brick. However, the entire building had to be primed and, Rochester being the place that it is, it rained for 4 consecutive days after the priming. Oh, and the primer was a Pepto-Bism...
