  The other night I had the honor of seeing and hearing Bill Scorzari (with Skip Krevens) perform at The Paramount Theater, in the Founder's Room located in Huntington, NY. I have to say, not only was the music great, the atmosphere of the venue/space was pretty amazing. It's as if you stepped back into time and had a taste of a Wild West Solon with class. The theater first opened on May 5th, 1927 and was one of the first theaters built beyond the New York City limits by A. H. Schwartz. Over the years since 1927, the theater had different owners, names and uses, which lead to cycles of ups and downs.
