The condos at 211 Elizabeth Street incorporated the architectural attributes of historic Nolita real estate with meticulous attention in creating this modern-vintage jewel. Every 211 Elizabeth Street condo For Sale features a wood burning fireplace, walnut herringbone-patterned wood flooring, custom-designed kitchens and massive windows that bathe homes in natural sunlight. These SoHo Manhattan condos include a floor-to ceiling, multi-paned and glass partition complete with transom window between the living and dining room — a classic pre-war detail. The neighborhood’s excellent restaurants, designer boutiques and vibrant nightlife, make 211 Elizabeth Street in Nolita a great place to live. And I want to say thanks to my friend Dr.Sandler.

The FDNY fire houses in New York City have a lot of history and Engine 55 in Nolita is no exception.  The New York City Fire Department has a great website with the histories behind each building and a great photo archive. Many New York city fire houses are nestle within two city blocks and are tucked in between residential buildings so it's always interesting to see them.

This weekend we stopped by the SAN GENNARO FEAST in Little Italy neighborhood. This feast is from Thursday, September 13 through Sunday, September 23, 2012, on the streets of historic Little Italy, the lower Manhattan neighborhood which served as the first home in America for hundreds of thousands of Italian immigrants who came here seeking to improve their lives beginning in the early part of the 20th century. The Street is full of different fun games and Italian style street food and lots of music and celebration.

Café Gitane - French & Moroccan Cafe in Nolita Manhattan New York New York city today was almost 60 degrees, so few friends and I decided to meet up for a quick lunch in NoLiTa, one of the trendiest neighborhood in New York city. We wanted to have a fun lunch so we decided to visit Cafe Gitane, a French and Moroccan cafe that is known for their baked eggs, couscous, mint tea and avacado toasts.  We had a great time dining there along with all the fashionistas in this popular downtown neighborhood. Some stars such Leonardo DiCaprio, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jude Law and few more have also seen having a tea time at Cafe Gitane. Next time you are in town, be sure to go to Cafe Gitane and get a table outside so you can people watch while sitting your mint ice tea or caffe'.
