Riverside Blvd Upper West side neighborhood of NYC Riverside Boulevard in the Upper West Side is the location of the Trump Place buildings and now the recent developments from real estate developer Extell. Known as the Riverside South area this was originally a freight rail yard owned by New York Central Railroad. Originally estimated as a 3 billion dollar project, spanning from 59th Street to 72nd Street. Decades of development deals falling apart, finally in the late 1990's, construction began on the project.
