During the past week, two new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. Total inventory decreased from 134 to 129 available homes. This is the third week in a row that inventory declined. The market can still be considered balanced since there are six months of inventory available. That being said, it may be moving towards a seller's market. If you are a buyer, there are now more homes to choose from.
