The Monroe, NY real estate results are now available for the February 2017 period.The median sales price in Monroe NY during February 2017 was $293K, a 19% increase over the same time period last year, and 28% higher than the previous month. The highest priced home to sell in February was a four bedroom, three and a half bath colonial in the Estates of Briarcliff which sold for $475K. The highest priced home to sell was a four bedroom, two and a half bath colonial in Whitman Place which sold for $495K.
