Rose Quartz is not just for attracting romance and cultivating a stronger connection with your partner, it also promotes inner healing with your divine self. Rose quartz could also assist in releasing toxic emotions that have become trapped within you. Holding a raw piece of rose quartz is suggested during meditation.

"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished." Lao Tzu Some who follow me on Facebook were notified in mid-February of this year, that my beloved pup, Skylar, of 14 years passed away. How he passed, was shocking and very unexpected. Since that time, a 'reset' button has been pushed, forcing me to reassess my lifestyle and values. Before that time, I was flying on auto pilot; over extending and exerting myself in various realms of life. Moving forward from this experience of loss, I have made the commitment to really practice being present with all that I do (as often as I can). Since embracing this practice of being more present with my daily lifestyle, I've noticed stress levels decrease. Thinking clearly, making sound decisions, improved communication, and peace of mind have...

"Any Moment can be Something" Garry Winogrand Photo 1928-1984 When visiting Washington DC I stopped off at the National Gallery of Art and saw a fascinating Photography exhibit by Garry Winogrand. His subject matter was all about capturing events and people in the moment. Many would say his particular focus being on women. As he progressed with his craft he began to purposely crop out key note information so the what, who, where, when and why was completely distorted leaving more questions then answers. Many of his photos took place in Coney Island Brooklyn, New York City, Queens and the Bronx.  A quote that really captured my attention and I wish to share with you all is this. " No one moment is most important, Any Moment can be Something"-Winogrand
