WHERE IS THE SOUTH SIDE AREA OF ROCKVILLE CENTRE NY 11570? The south side section of Rockville Centre is boarded on the south by Mill River and on the north by Merrick Road.  On the east side is Long Beach Road and on the west is South Village Avenue. WHAT'S THE NEIGHBORHOOD LIKE? The homes in the South Side Area of Rockville Centre are very eclectic.  They are mostly Victorians, Colonials, Cape Cods and Ranches.
