The owner of Foxies Ice Cream and Snacks Mr Fred FoxFox said live music at the beach in Smithtown will only be done twice this summer.  Live music will be performed Saturday and Sunday at Short Beach and Long Beach this Saturday and Sunday and at the Roger Balducci Marina on Monday.  Labor Day weekend will be the other time ther will be Live Music at the beach in Smithtown Parks.   Mr Fox said that these special weekend events are being held with cooperation with the Town of Smithtown and will be low key family events intended to liven up activities at the beach. Forecast calling for clouds and more rain....but we have a little sunny spot for you!   Just returned from an open house at 45 Dilmont in Smithtown, NY.  Cold and cloudy day and the buyer activity was a little bit quiet despite the hard work of the agent hosting. All the usual marketing was done. The craig's list ad and the patch ads, the MLS posting, even posting to the websites www.exittown.com, www.curtorealestate.com. But beyond that, the agent even went door knocking through the neighborhood looking for a lead for a buyer for the house.
