Real Estate Agent or Friend???   I am so sick of For Sale By Owners acting so bad to real estate agents but 95% of the real estate agents are only trying to make some quick money.  The money is the name of the game but I always try to be a freind. Today I had a number of meetings with a number of "For Sale By Owners" and all of them are willing to cut the price and also willing to pay my rate if I come with a buyer.  WAKEUP If your going to pay my rate if I walk in with a buyer why not list and have about 3000 other agents getting you buyers too?  For Sale By Owners - Save your time and money get a good real estate agent to list you and get your home on the MLS! I dont really understand how all the For Sale By Owners keep posting and saying NO AGENTS!!  After a few weeks the For Sale By Owners turn around and then find some bad real estate agent to help them out.  If I was a For Sale By Owner I would not be so hard headed and I would ust pick a good agent!  Any good agent will get about 26% more money for the same house as a For Sale By Owner!!
