Their maintenance fees are lower than other area co-op developments. They do not have a pool but they have a nice playground area for the kids! Main School, when it was built, was the only school for the town serving grades K-10 (older students were sent to Babylon High School). They have a large selection of specialty pizzas like white, ziti, grandma's, sicilian and my son's favorite: ravioli pizza. Diego uses the Ala Vodka sauce on that...yum! My favorite is the Calzone.
