Note that properties under contract and those that closed in May are likely the result of contracts written in March and April. There was a noticeable drop in activity after the tax credit expired, but as of the last few weeks, activity has increased. I have used Progressive Pest Control in Broadview Heights Ohio for five years now.  The owner, Gary Drown, is onsite and I've gotten to know him, ask questions and come to rely on his expertise. Last year, my house felt like it was in a bad horror movie with an invasion of yellow jackets entering into a spare bedroom -- I was killing about 30-40 a day over a 4-5 day period.  We had to seal off the room and Gary came back out multiple times to investigate, treat and ultimately succeed in stopping their intrusion.  I have relied on Progressive Pest Control's annual bee/wasp spraying in late Spring to eliminate their ability to create nests and it has greatly reduced the amount of bees and wasps on my property, let alone preventing their nesting sites.
