I have a listing that I had thought was priced near the top of what of the neighborhood would bear. The property is a four bedroom, two and a half bath, two story. We are priced at 194,900 and I sold this home to the current owners two years ago.Yesterday one of my friends on the same street listed his home. I believe his ultimate desire is to help sell my listing. The listing agent listed his home sight unseen. The listing price on his home is 234,900 or 40,000.00 dollars over the price of my listing. It would be nice if it would sell at that price as it would move the subdivision record sale price up by 20,000.00! For now all it does is make my listing look like a great value which it already was this just helps it stand out!
