The Apple Valley Lake in Central Ohio has experienced a nice boost in home sales activity especially for $100,000 homes and under.  Here are a few statistics that might surprise you: The odds of selling your Apple Valley Lake homes increased by more than 3% for homes that sold for $100,000 and under compared to 2011.  The year end numbers will prove to be even better considering that there are still 2 more weeks of MLS home sales that are unreported. In 2011 there was a 13 month average supply of available homes priced from $100,000 and under and in 2012 that nunber improved to a much lower 9.9 months.  This number should also improve by December 31st when the year end numbers are reported. Homes sales at the Apple Valley Lake in Knox County Ohio continues to experience a significant boost in SOLD and Sale Pending activity.  The level of residential homes is  rising and we are experiencing more buyer activity than we have seen since the fiancial meltdown clear back in 2007 - 2008.  This past September at the Apple Valley Lake we surpassed the previous homes sale numbers from September of 2011 based on the total number of homes that sold.  When I compared September 2012 to Septemeber 2011, I quickly recognized that we as a REALTOR board SOLD more than twice as many homes at the Apple Valley Lake in September 2012 compared to September 2011.     Our year to date home sales reports are also very exciting because especially for buyer activity and home sales at the Apple Valle... 10/02/2012
