Mason Ohio Low Maintenance Homes For Sale:  Alverta's The Villages Alverta's The Villages isn't called a patio home community, and for good reason!  These new construction homes by M/I Homes aren't quite like the other patio home communities in the Cincinnati area. MI Homes Mason Community Alverta Lottery Held 12/7/2013 Today was a big day for a lot of potential Mason new construction home buyers!  MI Homes had so much demand for their Mason new construction development Alverta that they decided to hold a lottery for the first 28 lots! This morning eager buyers and agents (us included) met at 10 a.m. to find out which of the approximately 35 hopeful buyers would get their wishes granted! Mason Ohio New Construction Homes:  Alverta Community By M/I Homes If you've driven down Western Row Road off of I-71 recently you've probably noticed the earthmovers.  M/I Homes is prepping for their next development, Alverta!  Current plans are for 129 homes to take over a portion of the former golf course just west of the Oakwood Lakes condo complex and is slated to open in early 2014.  Alverta residents will be in Mason City School district.
