Are You Making Your Mason Ohio Home For Sale Seem Small? It happened again yesterday while touring another Mason Ohio home for sale with one of our buyer clients.  STUFF.  Lots of STUFF.  It's a common problem when either the listing agents doesn't know the harm, or the sellers aren't yet willing to modify the way they live to help the sale of their home. But here's the thing: THE WAY YOU SELL YOUR HOME IS DIFFERENT THAN THE WAY YOU LIVE IN YOUR HOME DAY TO DAY! You can assume many things when selling your Mason home, but one thing you can't assume is that all buyers can visualize what your home looks like empty.  It often takes VERY little to distract a buyer who's touring your home.  From a practical standpoint, they know all your stuff will be leaving.  They know the paint colors can...

What Does Relo Mean When I See It On A Mason Home For Sale? "Relo" is short for "Relocation" which is short for "it may get a little complicated".  But no need to worry, once you understand the process it can be an opportunity for a good deal for you as a Mason Ohio home buyer! In a nutshell, a homeowner that works for (most often) a large corporation like Procter & Gamble will get transferred or they take a job with another company that offers to pay for their move and other relocation costs, which includes selling their home.  There are many companies out there that basically handle the relocation process for the employees and get paid by the company, not by the home owner. Now here's where it gets interesting.  The relocation company WILL become the official owner of the home prior t...

More Happy Home Buyers In Chestnut Hill of Mason Ohio! The Liz Spear Team of RE/MAX Elite is happy to have assisted the newest residents of Chestnut Hill in finding and buying their new home!  As of this afternoon, 3866 Breeders Cup Ct has a new family to call this beautiful Zicka built custom house their HOME! This home is just too large to easily fit in the picture, and we can't show brokerage signs without violating MLS rules, so some strategic placement of the mailbox was required, and a small dash of photo editing! Our home search with this family started months ago and ranged from Centerville on the north side to Mason on the south side before the search settled on the Bethany Rd corridor of Mason communities.  We enjoyed working with this family to find the just right match at a ...

Mason Ohio 45040 Home For Sale 3517 Mason Montgomery Rd $75,000 This Mason home for sale is so new to the market that we had to spank it and make it cry!  Now the home itself isn't so new, so we'll warn you up front.  If what you want is a home spiffed to the nines, this isn't it, but for $75,000 asking price on this As Is sale and almost .6 acres of land, what can you expect? AC is provided by window units and heat by electric baseboard.  The vertical clearance in the living room and the bedrooms isn't high, so if you're well over six feet tall, you're going to have to learn to duck or keep some ice packs handy! There are two bedrooms, both upstairs.  Potentially you could convert the oversized one car garage into an additional bedroom and park in the driveway, or add a bit more of a p...

Build The Walls Event at Christ's Church at Mason A Success, AGAIN!! Once again, hundreds and hundreds of people gathered for a Saturday morning Build The Walls event at Christ's Church at Mason!  It's teamwork between Crossroads Missions (who leads the events at churches all over the country), Christ's Church at Mason and the local Habitat for Humanity Associations, and this year, since five of the six homes are to be Cincinnati based, the work crew included the future home owners putting in some sweat equity! As always, they start us off with some breakfast, a short worship service (that's everyone in the gym in the picture), a quick training session, and then we're off to the parking lot! A little cool, a bit misty, but the rain held off, and in under four hours, the framed walls for...

The Mason single family home real estate market continues to do well for one primary reason:  Mason continues to be the most in demand living destination in Warren County.  With the exception of the luxury segment, there seems to be a shortage of inventory to meet all buyer's requests, especially if the buyer has a specific development in mind.  Mason is home to many professionals and upper management and as such is more resistant to market changes than other marke...

Mason's The Beach Waterpark Returns May 18 2013! The Beach Waterpark returns to operation May 18th after over a year of being closed.  The original owners ran into financial difficulties and the 2012 season was canceled, with ticket holders offered admission to Kings Island and other local entertainment as an alternative.  Thankfully, a company that specializes in operating waterparks acquired operational rights to The Beach Waterpark and they're almost ready to open the gates again, with May 18th the official splashdown of new park!  The new company has put $5 million into renovations and upgrades, and we believe past visitors are going to be thrilled with the improvements!  And if you purchased a 2012 season pass, you'll be happy to know the new management will be honoring those passe...
