North Royalton Ohio to Start Exterior Visual Inspections of All Residential Properties Beginning in April, the building department of the city of North Royalton will begin exterior inspections of every home. Ward 1 homes will the first to be inspected, with Ward 2 home inspections sometime in May. All inspections are expected to be completed by September. From that point on, homes will be visually inspected every 6 months. If a homeowner is unable to make the necessary repairs, help may be available through the director of community development.There are many cities in our area that have what is called a POS which stands for point of sale inspection.
