My wife and I really love Thai food and we decided to try the Peppermint Thai Cuisine restaurant in Pepper Pike Ohio earlier this evening.  The food was exceptional.  The ambiance was warm and relaxed.  The staff were responsive, friendly, gentle, low-key and unobtrusive yet professional.  In short, we had an exceptional experience.  This allowed us to have a fabulous time to discuss things like how fast the summer is going by, reminiscing on our recent vacation to Louisville, KY, if the Shaq is going to perform well with LeBron and the Cavs this fall, will the Cleveland Browns improve, and my taking our son to see the Akron Aeros tomorrow, and other assorted topics.
