They've Got A New Address! A few months ago we helped Melissa and Brian sell their Mason condo in The Mansions just as it seemed like everyone in the complex decided to sell at the same time!  10 of 66 units were on the market so it was definitely competitive!  After their condo closed, they had to do temporary housing for a few months, but yesterday morning they closed on their brand new Ryan Home in Stone Lake at River's Bend!Now, it's time to adjust from condo living to having a home with a yard for their little dog to enjoy!  So start the checklist, water hose, nozzle, rake, lawn mower, shovel, hand tools and more!  We're sure they're going to enjoy their new home with its convenient location near the SR48/I71 interchange and the Little Miami River & Bike Trail too!
