Most Cincinnati patio home builders have a fairly standard way of building patio homes.Expect side by side, with small strips of yard between them.  And when I say small, I DO mean small.  20-30 feet gap wall to wall isn't unusual.If you're lucky, there are woods or some type of water feature immediately behind your patio home, or maybe even a big earthen berm to provide some privacy.  But most often?  There's probably another row of patio homes immediately behind you, so if you're out back on your deck/patio and the neighbors are too, well I wouldn't discuss anything TOO intimate.Garages most often are front loading, but every now and then we'll see a model that side loads right next to the front door.The community may be just detached ranch style patio homes, or a mix of patio homes a...

We've known about West Chester Ohio's new patio home community for some time, so long in fact that it wasn't always a good fit for some of our buyers. Why? It takes significant time to go from concept to approval to streets laid to actually building homes! The Villas At Park Place in West Chester Ohio has a new set of homeowners as of this afternoon!  Our buyers closed on their courtyard home this afternoon and will be moving in about a week!  The builder is still doing a few finishing touches (that's why the garage door is up!), but the inside is absolutely fabulous!
