Well, it looks like despite concerns from homeowners in Arrowhead Valley, the City of Edmond has approved the commercial development plan for a retail shopping center at the corner of 15th Street and I-35.While the developer did make some concessions to make the plan more appealing, the residents of Arrowhead Valley weren't given any time to consider them before the city council voted unanimously to approve the plan, according to reports.
