I received a call a couple of weeks ago from a couple looking for information on purchasing a lot in The Lakes At Bridgewater development, located on the east side of Santa Fe, between Danforth and 2nd Street. I'm sure you've seen the place. It's gorgeous Real Estate.... beautiful trees, big pond with a fountain that shoots 30 feet in the air, right in the heart of Edmond, Oklahoma. It's a great-looking neighborhood and is really going to be a knockout community when it's built out.Well, I got specific lot pricing information, a final plat, and convenants & restrictions for the area and tried several times to reach the folks but never did make a connection after that first initial conversation.
